At Citizen Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new timepiece does not meet your expectations, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Watch

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and tags included, then secure it in a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
